The Untamed Collection is currently utilizing USPS Priority Shipping as our primary shipping carrier. Once your payment is complete and verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be shipped. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped out.
Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 1-7 business days after purchase. Please be advised that the length of time will vary dependent on your zip code.
The Untamed Collection is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it you must contact your local post office. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported and filed as a claim with USPS.
To ensure your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of ordering. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.

The Untamed Collection diligently inspects all items before shipping, therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear and smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will NOT receive a store credit.
